We open at the wedding of Taylor and Cynthia, a golden couple beloved by everyone — almost. Libby, Cynthia's hard-drinking sister, is in love with Taylor herself and she can take it no longer. "The hypocrisy, the bone-chilling grotesque hypocrisy!" Fleeing to the back yard she discovers Paul, Taylor's best friend, a charming fellow, who, since childhood, has harbored a secret love for the groom himself. The Maiden's Prayer follows this quartet and Andrew as they struggle to learn the difference between loving someone and needing them.

Spring quarter registration begins. This is the first day for currently registered winter students to begin registration for spring quarter. Registration priority is based on total earned credits. (State and college employees, seniors, and those registering for ESL, ABE, and PED classes cannot register through web registration.)

Contemporary life in the American West is profoundly influenced by our rich heritage in the legend and lore of the early cowboys and cowgirls. In song, poetry, and story this colorful program relates expressions of the work ethic, hardships, and joys of frontier life. These traditions continue and are strong and vibrant in present day agricultural life. The Matleys bring the vibrancy of this tradition to life in this musical and poetic presentation, bringing the exciting lives of the cowboys and cowgirls alive in a more contemporary setting.

What is a Live Resume?
A Live Resume is a great opportunity for job seekers to market themselves to a room full of potential employers. This workshop prepares individuals to present a live resume during Career Expo, where each person gets one minute in front of the room to give an overview of their experiences, skills, qualifications, strengths, and explain why an employer should hire them.

It is very important that job seekers have their presentation well rehearsed and timed beforehand. It is also important that job seekers be dressed as though they were going to an interview and they bring plenty of copies of their resume to hand out to employers and others they meet through this networking experience.

Workshops are FREE and open to students and commuity members.
